Corporate monogramming in Las Vegas
If your company gathers people anywhere, it eventually gathers them in Vegas. We drive the equipment out regularly — a flat $900 travel fee covers it, quoted up front.
Two Vegas jobs, two playbooks
Trade-show booths. The Las Vegas Convention Center, Mandalay Bay, and the Venetian Expo run the biggest shows in the country, and a working monogram station is one of the few booth draws that competes with everything else on those floors. We handle the show-services paperwork — power drops, material handling, COIs — and staff multi-day schedules with rotating crew so the station runs every open hour, not just the fresh ones.
Corporate events and incentives. Sales kickoffs, President's Club dinners, and incentive-trip receptions across the Strip's hotel properties. For these, the hybrid format earns its keep: initialed gifts produced in advance so 400 people aren't queuing at once, plus a live station — embroidery, hat bar, or laser — as the evening's activity. Ballroom load-ins on the Strip are dock-scheduled and security-badged; we've done the dance and build the timeline around it.
